Mrs Chia-Tern Huey Min was elected as Vice-Chair of IFIAR in April 2025. Huey Min is the Chief Executive and Registrar of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA), where she oversees regulatory functions over the accounting and corporate sectors, and leads strategic initiatives in fostering a vibrant and trusted business environment in Singapore. Prior to ACRA, Huey Min had a distinguished tenure at Singapore’s Inland Revenue Authority, where she held key leadership roles spanning tax administration, tax policy, operations and regulations.
Internationally, Huey Min had been active in shaping global tax policy, representing Singapore on discussions on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and in her role as the Chair of the inter-governmental Peer Review Group of the Global Forum for Transparency and Information Exchange from 2016 to 2022. Her distinguished contributions to public service were recognised with the Public Service Administration Medal (Gold), a testament to her transformative impact on Singapore’s regulatory landscape.
